High-voltage motors are one of the most important components in thermal power plants and industrial facilities. However, they often neglected terms preventive maintenance. Maintenance Serbia still takes place according to outdated model maintenance based on fixed time intervals operations - This is why emphasis has be put electrical testing high-voltage order have a better insight into their condition, prevent unwanted failures improve service. paper provides an overview currently available prophylactic tests motors. Also, common methods described, which provide information current motor so it possible make further repairs or corrective actions timely. Case examples experiences from practice presented discussed paper.
